We recently purchased a new home and asked the closets company to design our kitchen pantry and 2 master bedroom closets. We needed to met the sales rep at the home site, when we arrived he had already sketched out plans for all three closets. All we had to do was explain to him what our closet needs were (shelves for shoes; hanging rail space; # of drawers needed. Install happened within 3 weeks all of the work was completed in a day. Everything has worked out perfectly, though we could use 1 additional shelf in the kitchen.
